- Pour almond milk into blender.
- Add spinach and blend until smooth.
- Add banana, pineapple, and apple.
- Add yogurt, chia seeds, and honey if using.
- Add ice cubes.
- Blend on high until creamy and smooth.

- Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
Notes
For thicker smoothies use frozen fruit instead of ice. For vegan version omit yogurt.
