Ingredients
  

Smoothie Base
  • 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
  • 1 banana ripe
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 0.5 green apple chopped
  • 1 cup almond milk unsweetened
  • 0.5 cup Greek yogurt optional
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp honey optional
  • 0.5 cup ice cubes

Equipment

  • Blender
  • Measuring cups
  • Knife
  • Cutting board

Method
 

  1. Pour almond milk into blender.
  2. Add spinach and blend until smooth.
  3. Add banana, pineapple, and apple.
  4. Add yogurt, chia seeds, and honey if using.
  5. Add ice cubes.
  6. Blend on high until creamy and smooth.
  7. Taste and adjust sweetness or thickness.
  8. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

For thicker smoothies use frozen fruit instead of ice. For vegan version omit yogurt.
