Method
- Whisk together almond milk, protein powder, cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
- Pour mixture into a Ninja Creami pint container and freeze for 12–24 hours until solid.
- Place frozen pint into the Ninja Creami machine and run the Lite Ice Cream cycle.
- If crumbly, add 1–2 tablespoons milk and use the Re-Spin function until creamy.
- Serve immediately or refreeze briefly for firmer texture.
