Ingredients
  

Ice Cream Base
  • 1.5 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1-2 tbsp maple syrup or sugar-free syrup to taste
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch sea salt

Method
 

  1. Whisk together almond milk, protein powder, cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
  2. Pour mixture into a Ninja Creami pint container and freeze for 12–24 hours until solid.
  3. Place frozen pint into the Ninja Creami machine and run the Lite Ice Cream cycle.
  4. If crumbly, add 1–2 tablespoons milk and use the Re-Spin function until creamy.
  5. Serve immediately or refreeze briefly for firmer texture.

Notes

Adjust sweetness before freezing and re-spin as needed for creaminess.
