Method
- Rinse and finely chop fresh cranberries.
- Dice jalapeños finely, removing seeds for less heat.
- In a bowl, mix cranberries, jalapeños, green onions, sugar, lime juice, lime zest, cilantro, and salt.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Spread softened cream cheese onto a serving plate or bowl.
- Top cream cheese with cranberry mixture just before serving.
Notes
Adjust jalapeño quantity for preferred spice level. Best made a day ahead.
