Ingredients
  

Dough
  • 2.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp active dry yeast
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
Topping
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 1.5 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder

Equipment

  • Hand mixer or stand mixer

Method
 

  1. Combine warm water and yeast; let sit until foamy.
  2. Mix in olive oil, salt, and flour to form a soft dough.
  3. Knead dough until smooth, then let rise until doubled.
  4. Roll dough onto baking sheet and brush with melted butter.
  5. Top with garlic powder, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese.
  6. Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 12–15 minutes until golden.
  7. Slice and serve warm.

Notes

Serve with marinara or garlic butter for dipping.
