Method
- Line loaf pan with parchment paper.
- Melt semi-sweet chocolate with coconut oil until smooth.
- Spread thin chocolate layer into pan and chill 10 minutes.
- Place wafer layer over chocolate.
- Spread thin hazelnut filling.
- Repeat layers until pan is filled, ending with wafers.
- Melt milk chocolate with vanilla and salt and pour over top.
- Chill 1–2 hours until firm.
- Lift out and slice into bars.
