Ingredients
  

Base Layers
  • 24 rectangular wafer cookies
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
Filling
  • 0.5 cup chocolate hazelnut spread
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt

Equipment

  • Mixing bowls
  • Loaf pan
  • Spatula
  • Knife

Method
 

  1. Line loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. Melt semi-sweet chocolate with coconut oil until smooth.
  3. Spread thin chocolate layer into pan and chill 10 minutes.
  4. Place wafer layer over chocolate.
  5. Spread thin hazelnut filling.
  6. Repeat layers until pan is filled, ending with wafers.
  7. Melt milk chocolate with vanilla and salt and pour over top.
  8. Chill 1–2 hours until firm.
  9. Lift out and slice into bars.

Notes

Use high-quality chocolate for best flavor and texture.
