- Cook ground pork in a skillet until browned; drain excess fat.
- Add garlic and ginger; cook briefly until fragrant.
- Stir in cabbage and carrots; cook until softened.
- Season with soy sauce and sesame oil; let filling cool.
- Place filling in egg roll wrappers, fold, and seal with beaten egg.
- Heat oil to 350°F (175°C).
- Fry egg rolls until golden brown and crispy.
- Drain on wire rack and serve hot.
Notes
Egg rolls can be frozen uncooked and fried directly from frozen.
