Ingredients
  

Shrimp Bowl
  • 1 lb large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger grated
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup broccoli florets

Method
 

  1. Cook rice according to package instructions.
  2. Whisk honey, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger together.
  3. Sauté shrimp in oil until just cooked through.
  4. Simmer sauce in skillet until slightly thickened.
  5. Toss shrimp in sauce and assemble bowls.
