Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 4 pork chops bone-in or boneless
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or butter
Honey Mustard Sauce
  • 3 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp whole-grain mustard
  • 0.25 cup honey
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp water or broth optional

  • Hand mixer or stand mixer

Method
 

  1. Season pork chops on both sides with salt and black pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear pork chops for 3–4 minutes per side until golden. Remove and set aside.
  3. Lower heat and whisk together Dijon mustard, whole-grain mustard, honey, garlic, and water/broth in the skillet.
  4. Return pork chops to the pan, coating them in the sauce.
  5. Simmer for 5–7 minutes until pork reaches 145°F (63°C).
  6. Spoon extra sauce over the pork, garnish with herbs if desired, and serve warm.

Notes

For a creamier version, add 1/4 cup heavy cream to the sauce.
