Ingredients
  

Phyllo Rolls
  • 12 sheets phyllo dough thawed if frozen
  • 6 oz feta cheese crumbled
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese optional
  • 2 tbsp fresh herbs parsley or thyme, chopped
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 0.25 cup hot honey for drizzling

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix feta, cream cheese, herbs, lemon zest, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Lay one sheet of phyllo on a surface and brush lightly with melted butter. Top with two more sheets, brushing between each.
  4. Place a thin line of filling along one long edge. Fold in sides and roll tightly into a log.
  5. Repeat with remaining phyllo and filling. Arrange seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  6. Bake 15–18 minutes until golden and crisp.
  7. Drizzle with hot honey while warm and serve immediately.

Notes

For best texture, serve warm. Rolls can be assembled ahead and baked just before serving.
