Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix feta, cream cheese, herbs, lemon zest, and pepper until smooth.
- Lay one sheet of phyllo on a surface and brush lightly with melted butter. Top with two more sheets, brushing between each.
- Place a thin line of filling along one long edge. Fold in sides and roll tightly into a log.
- Repeat with remaining phyllo and filling. Arrange seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- Bake 15–18 minutes until golden and crisp.
- Drizzle with hot honey while warm and serve immediately.
Notes
For best texture, serve warm. Rolls can be assembled ahead and baked just before serving.
