Ingredients
  

Slider Base
  • 12 count slider rolls
  • 6 slices salami
  • 6 slices pepperoni
  • 6 slices ham
  • 6 slices provolone cheese
  • 6 slices mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 cup banana peppers sliced
  • 0.25 cup red onion thinly sliced
Butter Topping
  • 0.25 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 tbsp garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Equipment

  • Mixing bowls
  • Baking sheet
  • Wire rack
  • Hand mixer or stand mixer

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking dish.
  2. Slice slider rolls horizontally and place bottom half into the dish.
  3. Layer salami, pepperoni, and ham evenly over the rolls.
  4. Add provolone and mozzarella cheese on top of the meats.
  5. Sprinkle banana peppers and red onion evenly over the cheese.
  6. Place the top rolls over the fillings.
  7. Mix melted butter, garlic, and Italian seasoning; brush over the tops.
  8. Cover with foil and bake 15 minutes. Uncover and bake another 5 minutes until golden.

Notes

For extra flavor, drizzle with olive oil or add crushed red pepper flakes before baking.
