- Brew the tea by steeping tea bags in boiling water for 4–5 minutes for a strong flavor.
- Stir in sweetener while the tea is still hot so it dissolves completely.
- Allow the tea to cool to room temperature or refrigerate for faster chilling.
- Fill two tall glasses with ice cubes.
- Pour milk over the ice, filling each glass about one-third to one-half full.
- Slowly pour the cooled tea over the milk to create a layered effect.
- Stir gently, adjust sweetness if needed, and serve immediately.
Notes
Use strong-brewed tea for best flavor and adjust milk and sweetener to taste. For a dairy-free version, substitute oat or almond milk.
