- Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet.
- Mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, milk, onion, garlic, Worcestershire, and seasonings.
- Combine cream cheese, cheddar, jalapeños, and green onions.
- Shape half the meat mixture into a loaf base.
- Spread filling over center leaving edges clear.
- Top with remaining meat and seal edges.
- Mix glaze ingredients and spread on top.
- Bake 55–65 minutes until internal temperature reaches 160°F.
- Rest 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
Adjust jalapeño quantity to control heat level. Letting meatloaf rest prevents cheese from spilling out.
