Ingredients
  

Casserole Base
  • 10 eggs large
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 lb breakfast sausage cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup spinach chopped
  • 0.5 cup bell peppers diced

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Cook sausage until browned, then drain excess grease.
  3. Whisk eggs and cream in a large bowl.
  4. Stir in seasoning, sausage, vegetables, and cheese.
  5. Pour mixture into prepared dish.
  6. Bake for 35–40 minutes until set.
  7. Rest 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
