  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 2 jalapeños seeded and diced
  • 4 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 2 cloves garlic minced

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Butterfly chicken breasts and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Mix cream cheese, cheddar, jalapeños, bacon, and garlic until combined.
  4. Stuff chicken breasts with filling and secure if needed.
  5. Sear chicken in a skillet until lightly golden.
  6. Bake for 25–30 minutes until cooked through.
