Ingredients

  • 1 package fully cooked sausage links cut into bite-size pieces
  • 1 sheet puff pastry thawed
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 egg beaten for egg wash
  • fresh parsley optional garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Whisk mustard, honey, brown sugar, and paprika to create glaze.
  3. Cut puff pastry into strips sized to wrap around sausage pieces.
  4. Brush pastry with glaze, place sausage at edge, and roll tightly.
  5. Place seam-side-down on baking sheet and brush tops with egg wash.
  6. Bake 15–18 minutes until golden and puffed.
  7. Serve warm with optional garnish and dipping sauces.

Notes

For a spicier version, add cayenne to the glaze or use spicy sausage.
