- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Whisk mustard, honey, brown sugar, and paprika to create glaze.
- Cut puff pastry into strips sized to wrap around sausage pieces.
- Brush pastry with glaze, place sausage at edge, and roll tightly.
- Place seam-side-down on baking sheet and brush tops with egg wash.
- Bake 15–18 minutes until golden and puffed.
- Serve warm with optional garnish and dipping sauces.
Notes
For a spicier version, add cayenne to the glaze or use spicy sausage.
