Ingredients
  

Tater Tot Base
  • 32 oz frozen tater tots
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
Toppings
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 8 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 3 green onions sliced

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Toss frozen tater tots with olive oil and seasonings.
  3. Bake for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy.
  4. Sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella over hot tots.
  5. Return to oven for 5–7 minutes until cheese melts.
  6. Top with crumbled bacon, sour cream, and green onions before serving.

Notes

For extra crispiness, bake tots on a wire rack and serve immediately after adding toppings.
