  • 12 slider buns
  • 1 lb ground beef 80/20 preferred
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • 0.5 tsp paprika
  • 2 tbsp butter melted
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 0.5 cup crispy jalapeño topping
  • 1 fresh jalapeño sliced
Sauce
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.25 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp hot sauce optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet.
  2. Mix ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
  3. Form beef into small slider patties.
  4. Cook patties in a skillet over medium-high heat until browned and cooked through.
  5. Brush bun halves with melted butter and toast on the baking sheet for 3–4 minutes.
  6. Place patties on buns and top with shredded cheeses.
  7. Bake until cheese is melted and bubbly, about 3–5 minutes.
  8. Top with crispy jalapeño topping, sliced jalapeños, and drizzle with sauce. Serve warm.

Notes

Adjust spice level by adding or reducing jalapeños and hot sauce.
