Ingredients
  

Tater Tot Base
  • 1 bag frozen tater tots
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Toppings
  • 1 jalapeño sliced
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp green onions chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh cilantro chopped
  • 0.5 cup sour cream

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet.
  2. Bake tater tots until crispy and golden according to package directions.
  3. Cook ground beef in a skillet until browned; drain excess grease.
  4. Stir in taco seasoning and simmer for 2–3 minutes.
  5. Top baked tater tots with beef and shredded cheeses.
  6. Bake until cheese is melted and bubbly, about 5–7 minutes.
  7. Add toppings and serve immediately.
