Method
- Cook pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Sear chicken in olive oil until golden and cooked through. Remove and slice.
- Add butter and garlic to the skillet and sauté until fragrant.
- Stir in sun-dried tomatoes, cream, and Parmesan. Simmer until thickened.
- Add pasta and chicken back to the skillet. Toss and serve.
Notes
Add pasta water to loosen sauce if needed.
