Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line loaf pan with parchment paper.
- Combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, eggs, Worcestershire, and spices. Mix gently.
- Shape into a loaf and place in pan.
- Mix ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard for the glaze.
- Spread half the glaze over the meatloaf and bake 45 minutes.
- Boil potatoes until tender, then mash with butter, milk, salt, pepper, and cheese.
- Add remaining glaze and shredded cheese to the meatloaf. Bake 15 more minutes.
- Rest 10 minutes before slicing. Serve with cheesy mashed potatoes.
Notes
For extra creaminess, replace milk with half-and-half.
