Ingredients
  

Sliders
  • 12 slider rolls
  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded
  • 0.5 cup basil pesto
  • 1 cup roasted red peppers sliced
  • 1.5 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 2 cloves garlic minced

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Slice slider rolls horizontally and place bottom halves in the dish.
  3. Spread pesto evenly over the rolls and top with shredded chicken.
  4. Add roasted red peppers and mozzarella cheese.
  5. Cover with top rolls.
  6. Brush with melted butter mixed with garlic.
  7. Cover and bake 15 minutes, uncover and bake 10 more minutes until golden.

Notes

Use rotisserie chicken for faster prep and pat peppers dry to avoid soggy sliders.
