Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
- Slice slider rolls horizontally and place bottom halves in the dish.
- Spread pesto evenly over the rolls and top with shredded chicken.
- Add roasted red peppers and mozzarella cheese.
- Cover with top rolls.
- Brush with melted butter mixed with garlic.
- Cover and bake 15 minutes, uncover and bake 10 more minutes until golden.
Notes
Use rotisserie chicken for faster prep and pat peppers dry to avoid soggy sliders.
