Filling
  • 1 lb ground chicken or beef
  • 1 cup shredded Mexican-blend cheese
  • 0.5 cup black beans drained
  • 0.5 cup corn kernels
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 2 tbsp green onions chopped

Method
 

  1. Cook meat in skillet until browned, then season with spices.
  2. Mix cooked meat with cheese, beans, corn, and cream cheese.
  3. Fill wonton wrappers and seal edges.
  4. Fry or bake until golden and crispy.
