Ingredients
  

Casserole
  • 3 cups cooked chicken shredded or diced
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup cottage cheese small curd
  • 1 cup shredded cheese mozzarella or cheddar
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 0.5 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp salt or to taste
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
Topping
  • 1 sleeve buttery crackers crushed
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter melted

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, cottage cheese, and shredded cheese until smooth.
  3. Add garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
  4. Fold in cooked chicken until fully coated.
  5. Spread mixture evenly into prepared baking dish.
  6. In a small bowl, mix crushed crackers with melted butter.
  7. Sprinkle topping evenly over casserole.
  8. Bake for 30–35 minutes until golden brown and bubbly. Let rest 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

For a lighter version, use reduced-fat dairy or add vegetables such as broccoli or spinach.
