Method
- Whisk almond flour, cocoa powder, and salt together in a mixing bowl.
- Stir in maple syrup, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract until a thick dough forms.
- Add milk gradually as needed to help the mixture hold together.
- Fold in mini chocolate chips.
- Chill mixture for 10–15 minutes if too soft to roll.
- Roll into tablespoon-sized balls and place on a lined tray.
- Chill for 20–30 minutes until firm.
- Serve chilled and store leftovers in the refrigerator.
