Ingredients
  

Brownie Bites
  • 1 cup almond flour finely ground
  • 0.5 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 0.33 cup maple syrup or honey
  • 0.25 cup coconut oil melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 0.33 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 2-4 tbsp milk as needed

Method
 

  1. Whisk almond flour, cocoa powder, and salt together in a mixing bowl.
  2. Stir in maple syrup, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract until a thick dough forms.
  3. Add milk gradually as needed to help the mixture hold together.
  4. Fold in mini chocolate chips.
  5. Chill mixture for 10–15 minutes if too soft to roll.
  6. Roll into tablespoon-sized balls and place on a lined tray.
  7. Chill for 20–30 minutes until firm.
  8. Serve chilled and store leftovers in the refrigerator.

Notes

For extra richness, mix in 2 tablespoons nut butter. Store refrigerated for best texture.
