Ingredients
  

Oat Base
  • 1.5 cups rolled oats
  • 0.75 cup natural peanut butter creamy
  • 0.33 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt
Chocolate Topping
  • 0.75 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp coconut oil

Method
 

  1. Line a muffin tin with paper liners or use a silicone mold.
  2. Mix peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, melted coconut oil, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
  3. Stir in rolled oats until fully combined.
  4. Press mixture firmly into muffin cups to form an even base.
  5. Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in short microwave intervals, stirring until smooth.
  6. Spread melted chocolate over each cup.
  7. Freeze for 20–30 minutes until set.
  8. Store in freezer and enjoy straight from chilled or slightly softened.

Notes

Keep stored chilled for best texture. Add nuts, seeds, or protein powder for variation.
