Method
- Line a muffin tin with paper liners or use a silicone mold.
- Mix peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, melted coconut oil, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
- Stir in rolled oats until fully combined.
- Press mixture firmly into muffin cups to form an even base.
- Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in short microwave intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Spread melted chocolate over each cup.
- Freeze for 20–30 minutes until set.
- Store in freezer and enjoy straight from chilled or slightly softened.
Notes
Keep stored chilled for best texture. Add nuts, seeds, or protein powder for variation.
