Ingredients
  

Banana Pudding Filling
  • 1 box instant vanilla pudding mix 5.1 oz
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk 14 oz
  • 1 block cream cheese softened, 8 oz
  • 1 container whipped topping 8 oz, thawed
Layers
  • 4-5 bananas sliced
  • 1 box vanilla wafers 11 oz

Equipment

  • Hand mixer or stand mixer

Method
 

  1. Whisk pudding mix and cold milk in a bowl; let thicken 5 minutes.
  2. Beat softened cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Add sweetened condensed milk and beat until creamy.
  4. Fold in whipped topping gently.
  5. Add pudding mixture to cream cheese mixture and stir until smooth.
  6. Layer vanilla wafers, banana slices, and pudding mixture in a dish.
  7. Repeat layers and finish with pudding on top.
  8. Chill at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

For best flavor and texture, chill overnight.
