Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a muffin tin with liners.
- Whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
- In another bowl, whisk melted butter and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs and vanilla extract and mix well.
- Stir in mashed bananas and milk until combined.
- Fold dry ingredients into wet mixture until just combined.
- Fill muffin cups ¾ full, add Nutella on top, and swirl with a toothpick.
- Bake 18–22 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool on rack.
Notes
Use overripe bananas for best sweetness and moisture. Warm chocolate spread slightly for easier swirling.
