Ingredients
  

Seasoned Crackers
  • 4 cups oyster crackers
  • 0.25 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 tbsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp lemon zest optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 250°F (120°C). Line baking sheet with parchment.
  2. Whisk melted butter with Old Bay, garlic powder, Worcestershire, and lemon zest.
  3. Place oyster crackers in a large bowl and pour seasoning mixture over.
  4. Toss gently to coat evenly.
  5. Spread onto baking sheet and bake 20–25 minutes, stirring halfway.
  6. Cool completely before storing.

Store in airtight container up to 2 weeks.
