Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion diced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup orzo pasta uncooked
  • 2.5 cups beef broth
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 0.5 cup mozzarella cheese shredded

Method
 

  1. Brown ground beef in olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add onion and garlic and cook until softened.
  3. Stir in tomato paste and seasonings.
  4. Add orzo and beef broth, cover and simmer until tender.
  5. Top with cheese, cover, and melt before serving.
