Method
- Brown ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat until fully cooked.
- Add onion and cook until softened, then stir in garlic.
- Mix in tomatoes, tomato sauce, tomato paste, and seasonings.
- Pour in broth, beans, and corn and stir well.
- Add broken spaghetti and press into liquid.
- Cover and simmer 12–15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender.
- Sprinkle cheeses over top, cover, and let melt before serving.
Notes
Add extra broth when reheating if pasta thickens too much.
