- Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30–60 seconds.
- Pour in broth and cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Add uncooked pasta and stir to submerge.
- Simmer uncovered, stirring frequently, until pasta is tender and sauce thickens, about 10–12 minutes.
- Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Remove from heat and stir in Parmesan cheese until smooth.
- Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
Add chicken, shrimp, or vegetables for variation. If sauce becomes too thick, add a splash of broth or cream when reheating.
