- Mix crushed cookies with softened cream cheese until fully combined and smooth.
- Roll mixture into 1-tablespoon balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Refrigerate truffle balls for at least 30 minutes until firm.
- Melt chocolate in 30-second microwave intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Dip each chilled truffle into melted chocolate, coating completely, and return to parchment.
- Allow chocolate to set at room temperature or in the refrigerator before serving.
