Ingredients
  

  • 3 lb country style pork ribs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1.5 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1.5 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F and grease a baking dish.
  2. Season pork ribs with oil and spices.
  3. Cover tightly and bake for 2 hours.
  4. Brush ribs with sauce.
  5. Bake uncovered at 400°F until caramelized.
