Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Add egg, grated onion, garlic, olive oil, milk, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir gently.
- Fold in ground chicken and parsley until just combined.
- Shape into a loaf on the prepared baking sheet.
- Brush with marinara or ketchup and sprinkle with Parmesan.
- Bake for 50–60 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Rest 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, add fresh basil or mozzarella cubes inside the meatloaf.
