Ingredients
  

Fudge Base
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk 14 oz
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts optional

Equipment

  • Saucepan
  • Wooden spoon
  • 8x8 baking dish
  • Parchment paper

Method
 

  1. Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper and lightly grease.
  2. In a saucepan over low heat, combine condensed milk, chocolate chips, marshmallows, and butter.
  3. Stir constantly until melted and smooth.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
  5. Fold in nuts if using.
  6. Pour into prepared pan and smooth the top.
  7. Refrigerate until firm, about 1 hour.
  8. Cut into squares and serve.

Notes

For best results, melt ingredients over low heat and stir constantly.
