Ingredients
  

  • 1 can artichoke hearts 14-ounce, drained and chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream until smooth.
  3. Stir in chopped artichokes, cheeses, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread mixture evenly into prepared baking dish.
  5. Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes until bubbly and lightly golden.
  6. Cool slightly and serve warm.
