  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese shredded
  • 0.25 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.25 tsp salt
Topping
  • 0.5 cup pepper jelly red or mixed pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar, garlic powder, and salt until smooth.
  3. Spread the cheese mixture evenly into an oven-safe serving dish.
  4. Spoon pepper jelly evenly over the top of the cheese mixture.
  5. Bake for 15–20 minutes until melted and lightly bubbling around the edges.
  6. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving with crackers or bread.

Notes

Serve warm for best texture. Adjust pepper jelly heat level to taste.
