- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar, garlic powder, and salt until smooth.
- Spread the cheese mixture evenly into an oven-safe serving dish.
- Spoon pepper jelly evenly over the top of the cheese mixture.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes until melted and lightly bubbling around the edges.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving with crackers or bread.
