- Combine softened cream cheese, drained pineapple, bell pepper, and green onions in a mixing bowl.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. Mix until smooth and fully combined.
- If using, stir in the optional finely chopped pecans.
- Shape the mixture into a ball using plastic wrap. Wrap tightly and chill for at least 2 hours.
- Once firm, roll the cheese ball in chopped pecans until fully coated.
- Serve with crackers, pretzels, vegetables, or bread slices.
Notes
For best flavor, allow the cheese ball to chill overnight before serving.
