Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups fresh pineapple finely diced
  • 1.5 cups ripe mango peeled and diced
  • 0.25 cup red onion finely chopped
  • 1 jalapeño seeded and minced
  • 0.25 cup fresh cilantro chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 0.5 tsp sea salt or to taste

Method
 

  1. Combine diced pineapple and mango in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add red onion, jalapeño, and cilantro.

Notes
