Method
- Butter one side of each slice of bread.
- Heat skillet over medium-low heat.
- Place two slices bread butter-side down in skillet and spread sauce on top.
- Add mozzarella, pepperoni, Parmesan, and seasoning.
- Top with remaining bread slices sauce-side down.
- Cook until bottom is golden brown, about 3–5 minutes.
- Flip and cook second side until golden and cheese melts.
- Rest briefly, slice, and serve.
Notes
Use low heat for best melt and crisp texture. Customize toppings as desired.
