Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger grated
  • 6 cups chicken or vegetable broth
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 16 oz frozen potstickers
  • 2 cups bok choy chopped
  • 2 tbsp green onions sliced

  • Large pot or Dutch oven
  • Wooden spoon

Method
 

  1. Heat sesame oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger; sauté until fragrant.
  3. Pour in broth and soy sauce; bring to a boil.
  4. Add frozen potstickers and simmer until cooked through.
  5. Add bok choy and cook until just tender.
  6. Garnish with green onions and serve hot.

Notes

Use any variety of frozen potstickers and customize with vegetables or spice level.
