Method
- Prepare parchment paper with light cooking spray.
- Melt butter and marshmallows in saucepan over low heat until smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in cereal until coated.
- Press mixture into rectangle about half inch thick.
- Layer fruit leather across surface.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips and sprinkles evenly.
- Roll tightly into log using parchment.
- Cool 20 minutes then slice into pieces.
- Drizzle melted white chocolate if desired and serve.
Notes
Grease hands and knife to prevent sticking while shaping and slicing.
