Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
- Melt butter and dark chocolate together until smooth. Let cool slightly.
- Whisk sugars into chocolate mixture, then add eggs and vanilla.
- Fold in flour, cocoa powder, and salt until just combined.
- Spread most batter into pan. Add jam and raspberries, then swirl remaining batter on top.
- Bake 30–35 minutes until edges are set and center is slightly soft.
- Cool completely before slicing and serving.
Notes
Do not overbake for the best fudgy texture.
