Ingredients
  

Brownie Batter
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 6 oz dark chocolate chopped
  • 0.75 cup granulated sugar
  • 0.25 cup brown sugar packed
  • 2 eggs large
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup all-purpose flour
  • 0.25 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt
Raspberry Swirl
  • 1 cup raspberries fresh or frozen
  • 0.25 cup raspberry jam

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Melt butter and dark chocolate together until smooth. Let cool slightly.
  3. Whisk sugars into chocolate mixture, then add eggs and vanilla.
  4. Fold in flour, cocoa powder, and salt until just combined.
  5. Spread most batter into pan. Add jam and raspberries, then swirl remaining batter on top.
  6. Bake 30–35 minutes until edges are set and center is slightly soft.
  7. Cool completely before slicing and serving.

Notes

Do not overbake for the best fudgy texture.
