Main Ingredients
  • 1 bag frozen cheese ravioli 24–28 oz
  • 1.5 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella
  • 0.5 cup grated parmesan
  • 1 jar marinara sauce 24 oz
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • fresh basil for garnish

Equipment

  • Mixing bowls
  • Baking sheet
  • Wire rack
  • Hand mixer or stand mixer

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch casserole dish.
  2. Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce across the bottom of the dish.
  3. Add a layer of frozen ravioli.
  4. Mix ricotta with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  5. Spread half the ricotta mixture over the ravioli.
  6. Top with mozzarella and parmesan, then more marinara.
  7. Repeat layers and finish with cheese on top.
  8. Cover with foil and bake 30 minutes.
  9. Remove foil and bake 10–15 more minutes until bubbling.
  10. Rest 10 minutes before slicing. Garnish with basil.

Notes

Add cooked sausage or spinach for variation.
