Method
- Mix flour, yeast, salt, rosemary, and cheddar in a large bowl.
- Add warm water and stir until a sticky dough forms.
- Cover and let rise 12–18 hours at room temperature.
- Shape dough gently and rest 30–45 minutes.
- Bake covered in preheated Dutch oven at 450°F for 30 minutes.
- Uncover and bake 12–15 minutes until golden.
- Cool completely before slicing.
Notes
Use freshly shredded cheese for best melt and flavor.
