Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix sausage and softened cream cheese until fully combined.
- Add drained Rotel and shredded cheese; mix well.
- Stir in flour, baking powder, garlic powder, paprika, and salt until a thick dough forms.
- Roll into 1-inch balls and place on baking sheet.
- Bake 18–22 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- Cool slightly on a wire rack and serve warm.
Notes
Drain Rotel thoroughly for best texture. Freeze unbaked balls for easy prep later.
