- Mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, Worcestershire, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Shape into patties.
- Heat oil in a skillet and brown patties on both sides; remove and set aside.
- Add potatoes to skillet and sear until golden; remove and set aside.
- Add onions and mushrooms to skillet; sauté until softened.
- Add broth, Worcestershire, mustard, and cornstarch slurry. Whisk until thickened.
- Return patties and potatoes to skillet, cover, and simmer until cooked through.
- Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
Notes
For extra richness, add 1/4 cup heavy cream to the gravy.
