  • 12 slider buns
  • 12 breakfast sausage patties
  • 8 eggs large
  • 0.25 cup milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.25 cup unsalted butter melted

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Cook sausage patties in a skillet until fully cooked. Set aside.
  3. Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Cook gently until just set.
  4. Slice slider buns horizontally and place bottoms in baking dish.
  5. Layer sausage, eggs, and cheese evenly over buns.
  6. Top with bun tops and brush with melted butter.
  7. Cover with foil and bake 15 minutes. Uncover and bake 5–10 minutes more.
  8. Slice and serve warm.
