Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups pancake mix
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs large
  • 1 cup breakfast sausage cooked and crumbled
  • 2 tbsp butter melted
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin.
  2. Cook sausage until browned, crumble, and drain excess grease.
  3. Mix pancake mix, milk, eggs, and melted butter until just combined.
  4. Fold cooked sausage into batter.
  5. Divide batter evenly into muffin tin.
  6. Bake for 14–18 minutes until golden and cooked through.
  7. Cool slightly and serve warm with maple syrup.
