- Brown sausage in olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add onion and cook until softened, then stir in garlic.
- Add pasta and broth, bring to a simmer, cover and cook until pasta is tender.
- Stir in spinach until wilted.
- Remove from heat and stir in Parmesan cheese before serving.
